I am interested in all about Real Estate Investing. The Flipping Pad is for share and discuss about Real Estate including Real Estate Marketing.
These are some tips, for example, that I would like to share with you:
1) Discipline: Save an specific time for blogging every day. Sharing the first cup of coffee in the morning with our readers is very good and a effective way to spread our web.
2) Network with others that are in complementary business. Join Professional Associations that need your expertise, not just Real Estate. Fengshui Consultants and Interior Designers, for example, have been very good referrals for me.
3) Your personal touch is the most important thing. Avoid using words like "we" or "us". Is much better when you use "YOU" because in online business you do not have the "face to face" advantage you have when you are with the client. Make people feel that they are really, really important for your business (and it's true) "talking" to them friendly, easy, sharing stories from your personal life. Be creative and build your Unique Value.
4) Learn about Web development: take advantage of affiliate marketing programs, link exchanges, web design software, PPC, everything that keep you active in the online world and that is profitable too.
