I guess I never did respond to your question about the $1.00 lots in Hot Springs Village, AR. We have a private country club, Diamante, within our gated community. Due to the economic times, we have some seller's that will sell their lot for just $1.00. Some of the residences are being sold for less than 200K. We have a foreclosure that will go to Auction in Dec 2010. 2010.
