- The eRealEstate Social Media Group was founded in response to the needs of the real estate industry and their overwhelming need to adapt the seismic shift in how people are practicing real estate. Jason Donn started out his career in real estate as a Realtor for Century 21 in South Florida. After a year he was recruited by a full service financial firm to market their title services. Within 3 years Jason struck on his own and created Concorde Title with a local real estate attorney. His Marketing skills became apparent as he was continuously introducing marketing programs to help Realtors and Mortgage brokers market to their prospects. This established long lasting relationships and resources he still calls on today.
After Concorde Title, Jason started a new venture, The Closing Agent of Florida (TCAF). TCAF offered contract marketing, support and closing services. TCAF became the number 1 contract closer in South Florida for the largest Title Company in the world at the time. TCAF covered 5 counties in Florida.
During that period he also created, produced and co-hosted a radio about real estate show in the South Florida Market.
He possesses insights about the business from this experience that few others have. This puts him in a unique position to help the real estate and financial service industries reach their target audience through social media practices.
