I am in Austin Tx and land is still pretty cheap. Mainly because developers are not buying as much and they have lot of inventory.

Trying to get a feel across the country. Is land starting to sell again? Is the typical investor still skidish on jumping into the market? I don't think prices are going to drop anymore, but where is the money for these kinds of transactions? Any thoughts would be wonderful. Thanks!
