Working the Short Sales in the Denver, CO Metro Area. I have a principal that spent $1900.00 on a loan modification and they did nothing for her. I listed her home as a Short Sale on 6/26/09 had 10 showings and put in an offer on Friday 7/3/09. Now negotiating with the bank to get approval. Have two other potential Short Sale clients, 1 says he has been working with a loan modification company for over 8 months, not working for him, getting ready to list his as a Short Sale.

Hi,
I have a unique situation with loan modifications. I started out doing my own and learned the ropes the hard way. Now I feel like I can sympathize with my clients when they go through this process. I am so glad that I can communicate with other people involved in this process.
