Funding Group Inc is a nationwide private hard money source for financing. Our product is a 5 yr residential or commercial (multi-unit residential will be considered) financing, interest only, no prepayment penalty loan. We specialize in time-sensitive deals and can turn around a loan in 10 - 15 business days. We will loan 82-85% LTV of appraised value right now – Collateral based lending. So if you have a home or commercial building that is appraised right now for 1M and the purchase price is 850K we will fund 100% of the purchase price of 850K and you will have to pay for appraisal and underwriting at the door. 100% funding on Multi-Family, Gas Stations, Strip Malls, Condo Complexes, Apartment Buildings, and income producing properties
Income producing properties or investment property. Real property held by a business for investment potential or in order to earn income by leasing or letting it, rather than for its own use.

Bank Guarantee – every 200K buys you 10M BG which will generate 19M for you to spend on your project over 12 months and you don’t have to pay it back. If you buy 3 at the same time they will be 175K each. In a nutshell: For every 200K - you can buy a bank guarantee from our bank and it will get you a 10M BG which means you will have approx 19M to spend at your bank to spend on a project and you don't have to pay the 19M back. Takes 2 weeks to fund. On the day of funding the 200K will leave your bank and when our bank receives it they will send your bank a secure performance bond that will guarantee your bank the 10M BG credit line. It will take approx 10-14 days for you to start drawing on your 10M BG credit line. It is non-recourse. It will generate income of 19M over 12 months. You have to spend it for a legal purpose. To qualify you have to complete our AP and our CIS form. Return both, I'll send to the bank, they will verify funds, approved your project and then have a conference call with you. You can use the 10M BG to buy more BG’s. It’s that simple.

To address some of your concerns:

Social Media is prolly the most useful in the context of Social Media Optimization (SMO) meaning that getting your page rank higher and site to show up naturally high on key search terms.

The other side of Social Media is really takes consistency and years and it's an exntesion to an already succesful business. It can;t be the base and clients see you looking for a deal.

Remember to celebrate online. Share your big deals. Remind propsects how successful you are!

BTW, my tip for all is remmber to use fan pages to your advantage. While Facebook takes them over after 2k users now you still can have great run. Be the first to set up community pages and interest fan pages within communities. Social media is going local. Also keep an eye on foursquare.com.

Hey Robin,

How are you pleading for their attention? If all you're doing is posting links, that's not engaging enough. Is there anything about your link to grab their attention so they feel like they're missing something if they don't visit? Maybe you can add some drama to get their attention.

Better yet, think in terms of what you can say that will help them solve a common problem. Content still rules and if you can deliver it, they'll repay you with their attention.

I started groups. I collected a bunch of Facebook Buddies. I put links to my site all over the place. Every day I go on Facebook and plead for attention but I get little results for my efforts. It seems like they're sleeping or busy showing pictures of their new puppies. I can't seem to get through to these people. Can you tell that I am frustrated. Can you give me some pointers here. I read all the ones on this site and they are good but can someone tell me how to wake up the sleeping sheep.
