Inviting all OFWs / Foreigners with Filipino Spouse / Foreign Retirees who might be retiring soon and who wishes to locate and live inside a retirement village...........well, please allow me to share with you this soon-to-rise retirement village on a beachfront at Tablas Island.

A group of Foreigners (a Norwegian and an American) both married to a Filipina are the ones developing this project........which i could say - the first Retirement Village at Tablas Island.

Tablas Island is part of Romblon and an island away from Boracay Island.

This same group of Foreigners are also developing a 64ha PILI NUT Plantation and are also accepting investors through a corporate share......ideal for retirees or soon to retire - who would want to earn a supplemental income on top of their pensions. It takes about 6 years before the first harvest and a continuous harvest for the next 75yrs or more for export - that even your children and grand-kids could benefit from it. As i speak, plowing, land preparation and plantation of the seedling had started and on-going.
